Private shared tooling

FormSeed

Tools for creating, reviewing, and delivering 2D and 3D assets.

Agent-operated workflows combine deterministic raster editing and Blender modeling with versioned evidence and human review. FormSeed Game Assets adds game-specific qualification and controlled delivery.

Active development · Reviewed

From authoring to game delivery

Shared tooling for the portfolio’s asset work. Source repositories are private; public installation and open-source availability have not been established.

FormSeed3D

Hard-surface beta

Create and refine Blender models through typed operations, saved revisions, review renders, and validation. Human approval remains part of the production workflow.

Readiness

New capabilities still require activation and verification in the production workspace. A validated model needs separate artwork and game-readiness approval.

FormSeed2D

1.2.1 released · 1.3.0 candidate

Produce deterministic raster assets with bounded pixel operations and verified exports, independently of Blender. The 1.3.0 candidate adds editable component assemblies and motion exports.

Readiness

1.3.0 is an unpublished candidate. Consumer compatibility is recorded, while production runtime activation and individual artwork approval remain separate gates.

FormSeed Game Assets

Qualification workflow in development

Connect game requirements to asset review, game-specific qualification, controlled delivery, and integration verification. The 3D workflow uses canonical mesh assets with explicit runtime budgets.

Readiness

General 2D intake and delivery remain gated. Source approval, visual quality, game readiness, and verified integration are assessed separately for each asset.

Recent milestones

  1. FormSeed2D 1.2.1 published

The released raster producer adds creation-preflight fixes. This is the latest published producer release at this review date.

  2. Browser image annotations implemented

Reference and render annotations can retain editable revisions and review images. Final production-workspace activation remains pending in the recorded handoff.

  3. Assembly candidate adopted by the consumer

Game Assets records compatibility with the unpublished 1.3.0 candidate and read-only assembly inspection. This does not establish general 2D delivery or artwork approval.

In the portfolio

Omega War uses this pipeline for its requested WWII unit assets. Representative qualified and integrated 3D unit coverage remains a game milestone blocker. Tooling progress does not mean the game’s asset roster is ready.
